- To book an appointment you can book online or you can email contact@monacomedical.co.uk.
- We take a £50 security deposit to book an appointment. This will be deducted from the cost of treatment or refunded if 48 hours notice is given to change/cancel your booking. There is no pressure to proceed with any treatment in the appointment , we need to make sure treatment is the right thing for you.
- We reserve the right not to treat clients if we feel they are not suitable for a particular treatment but we are always happy to discuss alternative options with them. If we deem the treatment isn’t suitable, you will receive a full refund
